Problems with Tanglewords

What am I doing wrong? My game loads but I am unable to play it. I cannot select words with my mouse or keyboard arrows. I have updated my flashplayer and browsers. Wordsearch works. Is this a glitch with the game? How can I fix it?

Thanks for writing to us. In order to help us troubleshoot this for you, we need a little bit more information about your set-up.

1. Are you using a PC or a Mac?
2. What operating system are you using (Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS 10.6, etc.)?
3. What version of Flash are you using? You can determine this by going to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and look in the box which says "Version Information". It will tell you what version of the software you have installed on your machine.
4. As well, what web browser and version are you using (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Google Chrome, etc.)? And, what browser version?

Any information that you can give will help us to diagnose your issue.

I am using a PC Vista, I have tried all 3 browsers IE 9, Firefox 10.0.2 & Chrome 17.0.963.56 m
Also, I have updated my flashplayer. I am unable to play Crossword Raiders, GuessWorks or Tanglewords. I've not tried Sudoku yet.
